1. How to Make an Appointment
You can visit the shop to book directly, send an email, or message us via Facebook or Instagram. Please include a detailed description of your idea, the location and size of the tattoo, a few reference photos, and the preferred date for your appointment.
2. How much does a tattoo cost?
Each tattoo has a different cost depending on the design, size, and time required. Our starting price is 1 million VND. For a more accurate quote, feel free to send us a message and we’ll provide a detailed consultation.
3. How long will it take for the tattoo to heal?

4. How to take care of a tattoo
Tattoo aftercare is not complicated, but here are a few important tips:
- Do not use soap or any chemicals on the tattoo until it’s fully healed.
- Avoid direct contact with rainwater and sunlight.
- Limit intense physical activity or exercise for about a week.
- Drink plenty of water and apply tattoo ointment for the best results.
5. Do you have any special aftercare products?
We offer 72-hour tattoo protection patches and special creams to support faster healing.
6. Do you custom design?
Yes, we do offer tattoo design services. For tattoos that require custom designs, we prefer that you come in person so our artists can give detailed advice and work on the design with you.
7. Deposit Process
Once both parties have agreed on the design and cost, The First Order will require a 20% deposit to begin the design process. The deposit is non-transferable and will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods: card payment, cash, and bank transfer.
9. Warranty Policy
At The First Order, all tattoos come with a lifetime warranty, including free touch-ups if necessary
